This welding hinge heavy duty serie are designed for huge outside metal doors, it can load great heavy weight, after fixing the metal gate by this heavy duty hinge, it guarantees the safty.
There are two major design, it's about the leaf type, further study the items in this serie, you will find the leaf is in two made method, one is opend swing, other is closed swing, both are scientific design to strengthen the hinge connecting the metal gate.
The materila of this hinge serie are certificated, all the thickness of leaf is 4mm to make sure the hinge be strong enough, the pin is thick in diameter 20mm, and the finishing of the pin is white zinc plated, to prevent going rust.
If customer want to install a huge metal gate, this heavy duty welding hinge will be the best choise.
We can produce according to customers' samples or drawing of hinges, we have experienced engineers who are worked in this area for many years. Usually, after enginner made the moulds, we'll test them and try some samples and test, then send the samples to the customers for confirmation
