2. Usually the finishing of this hinge is self color, unfinishing. However, zinc plating color or powder coating is available, according to customers request.
3. Now available sizes of this type of door hinge are 75X75X2MM, 89X57X2.2MM, 89X89X2.2MM, 100X100X2.5MM. Meanwhile, we can produce according to customers request sizes no problem.
4. The steel pin of this door hinge is fast spun pin, it's flexible.
5. As the picture shown, there are no holes in the hinge, but we can make the holes if customer need.
6. There are five knuckles in this hinge.
7. If the finishing is self color, we'll put the rust preventive oil on this welding door hinge.
