The idear of welding piston hinge is from the piston works, the design of hinge makes the gates or doors with less shaking, it's stable, as the male part with the pin matched up the female part of the hinge very well, the space between the pin and the of female part is small.
The materila of this piston hinge serie are certificated, they are made of drawn steel profile. Meanwhile, the cylindrial type can be made of stainless steel, but the price is higher than steel hinge.
The steel hinge will be soaked in the rust preventive oil to avoid going rust, also the zinc plating finishing is available.
